INSTRUCTIONS 

 1.  Please return this Application form duly filled in and signed, along with the following documents:

     (a)  Three recent passport size photographs (one pasted on the Reg. Form)

     (b)  Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the candidate, issued by the Registrar of Deaths & Births (Municipality). No Affidavit will be accepted in place                  of Date of Birth Certificate.  

     (c)  Bonafide Certificate & attested Report Card (from std. 1st onwards)

      d) Copy of Aadhar Card.

 2. The Form, duly completed in all respects should be submitted Online on 11th October, 2025 between, 9 am to 1 pm. No form will be accepted after the above stated           date and time.

 3.  For Class Nursery, Registration fee is Rs. 900/- and Age limit for Nursery Candidate is three years on 1st April 2026.

 4.  Admission to the other classes, other than Nursery, will depend on the availability of seats.

 5.  While returning this form, please note the date for visit to the school with the child overleaf.

 6.  Principal's decision will be final & binding with regard to the selection & the admission for the applied Class. No further discussion regarding             the same will be entertained.

 7.  This Registration does not guarantee admission of the child. Admission will be decided on the basis eligibility of the child.

 8.  The interview will be conducted only on the date & time as specified.

 9.   Recommendations or pressure tactics will lead to disqualifications of the child.

 10. This form will be used only for the class as mentioned/indicated above.

 11.  Incomplete form will not be considered/accepted.

 12.  Facilities provided and the terms and conditions to be followed are described in the prospectus.
